About Max Effort Recruits® the app!
My name is Brandon J. Green and I have been coaching high school football for a number of years. I am currently the JV Quarterback Coach at Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout my coaching career, I have been involved with different levels of the recruitment process for a number of former players. Unfortunately, I have definitely seen some missed opportunities for both the colleges and the student-athletes. Therefore, my goal is to give deserving student-athletes maximum exposure to get recruited.
In 2011, I began to develop the concept of the app known as Max Effort Recruits® because I realized there are so many student-athletes who do not have access to computers at home, or the financial ability to attend regional sports camps and join recruiting websites. Time after time, I have seen and heard of hard-working students finding themselves at dead ends and unsure of the next steps in the recruitment process. I had the idea to give all student-athletes in all the major sports a "leg up" and have the ability to get more exposure to college programs, regardless of physical location or financial ability. I have developed the first true app-based recruiting tool that is inexpensive and available to all student-athletes who have smart phones.
Exposure is key! In addition to the benefits for the student-athletes, my vision is to allow small college programs with limited budgets the ability to find and see student-athletes they would not normally come across, because of recruiting networks or budget constraints. The app will also assist larger programs in finding the fringe players who may not be on their radar.
I wish you all the best, and I hope more student-athletes have the opportunity to participate in sports at the college of their dreams.
Good Luck,
Brandon J. Green
